What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations make up to one month in advance qualify for a full refund. Deposit will be held for cancellations made after 30 days.
Is the bounce house cleaned after/before every event?
Yes, we professionally clean all of our rental equipment with organic products.
What surfaces can the bounce house be operated on?
Preferably grass, because then we can securely anchor the bounce house with stakes. We can anchor bounce houses on hard, smooth surfaces like concrete or gym floors with sand bags, but we cannot set up bounce houses on sand, gravel, or other rough surfaces that might damage them.
How do I reserve equipment?
We offer online reservations directly through Instagram messaging. You can also email us at hi@bouncehousebabes.com to inquire for availability.
Do I need to pay to reserve my equipment?
Yes. We do require a $100 deposit to reserve the equipment. The balance will be due 7 days before event. No equipment will be set up until payment is received in full. You will receive a courtesy email one week prior to your event with a link to pay your balance for your convenience.
What is your weather cancellation policy?
If it is raining, we always will leave the decision up to the customer, unless we otherwise see fit. If weather looks to be an issue and you need to cancel, you will receive a rain check to use within the next year if you cancel after 5 PM on the day before your party. Once we set up the equipment, the payment is due in full and there are NO refunds or credits issued event if weather conditions change after setup. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control the weather, but we wish we could!
How much room will I need?
Most of the items on our website do have the dimensions listed; however, if you have questions on whether or not an item will fit, please don't hesitate to ask. PLEASE NOTE: We require AT LEAST a 3' path to where the items will be set up. We will not lift items over objects in your yard unless we discuss this in advance at the time of your booking. If you have stairs or a steep hill, please let us know in advance and we will decide if we can deliver to that area.
Do you service our area?
We service the greater Cincinnati and N. Kentucky area. Please contact us to ensure that we cover your location.
What is your on-time guarantee?
With our strong commitment to our customers, we guarantee on time delivery. If the party rental items that you have selected aren't set up by the rental time, we will discount your rental fees according to the delay. Adequate power must be on-site to ensure equipment can be up and operational before the event starts. If generators are needed, you must provide your own.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash. You MUST pay your deposit with a credit card and cash can only be used to pay the balance, not the deposit.
What if I do not have electricity?
Electricity is required to inflate the bounce house. If you do not have power available, please be prepared with a back-up. Unfortunately, we do not provide generators at this time.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Rentals are on a first come, first served basis. It is a great idea to get your reservations in early to guaranteed the equipment you wish to reserve. We require a 20% deposit to reserve your date and no items are considered booked until the deposit is paid and you receive your receipt.
Are you insured and can you provide us a copy of your insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured. We are more than willing to provide a copy of our insurance at your request. Schools, churches, municipalities and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements to obtain additional insured or certificates. The using party or lessee shall be in charge of operation after receiving each unit, unless otherwise agreed to. Bounce House Babes isn't responsible for injuries occurring to any persons or lessee using the rental equipment or to any damage of personal property.
Cleaning fee/Travel fee
If the bounce house has been stained or damaged in anyway the client will be responsible for a cleaning or repair fee from $250-$1500
Travel fee is anything outside of a 20 mile radius
Travel fees can range from $50-$200 depending on your location.
